Role Responsibilities:

This role will support the PCA program, ensuring that client documentation aligns with DHS standards.

**This position requires in-office presence.**

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience with Waivered Services and/or PCA is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with families, counties, and state agencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commitment to professionalism, flexibility, and confidentiality in a dynamic office environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in office technology, particularly MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
