Key Responsibilities
  • Install radon mitigation systems in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Collaborate with our team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working on construction sites.
  • Measure, mark, and record areas where construction work will be performed.
  • Mix and apply concrete or cement as needed.
  • Apply caulking compounds to seal crevices.
  • Evaluate electrical and plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Electrical Skills:
    • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit.
    • Splice wires by stripping insulation, twisting or soldering together, and applying tape or terminal caps.
    • Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
    • Connect power cables to equipment.
    • Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety.
  • Plumbing Skills:
    • Inspect structures to avoid weakening the foundation during pipe installation.
    • Locate and mark positions for pipes and connections.
    • Cut openings in walls and floors for pipes and fittings.
    • Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
    • Join pipes using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulks joints.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
