Developmental Paraprofessional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Developmental Paraprofessional - Autism Support Specialist. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a vital role in providing developmental therapy to children and young adults with autism.

• Work one-on-one with clients to provide developmental therapy and support
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Previous experience working with children and individuals with autism
• Ability to lift heavy objects and engage in physical activity with clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
