Job Summary
The Dishwasher is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our dishroom. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, pots, and pans to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
• Restock plate ware and utensils for the restaurant and kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including the dishwashing machine, sinks, and drains.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
