Job Summary

The Biogen Internal Audit department is responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws. As an integral part of audit teams, you will work under the direction of the auditor-in-charge to meet the objectives of audit activities within established deadlines.

The co-op will focus on assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls, including access management, change management, IT operations, backup and restoration. You will also assist with planning activities, executing test plans, and preparing status updates.

Responsibilities:
  • Test and document workpapers for IT general controls.
  • Perform remediation testing for moderate to high-risk audit observations.
  • Assist with planning activities and executing test plans for various operational IT audits.
  • Prepare status updates and reports for different levels of management.
