About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, zoned, and in stock for guests.
  • Process all inbound deliveries, complete backroom audits, and maintain backroom organization.
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver on business priorities.
