Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Aransas Pass, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to lift and transport bulk materials.
  • Maintain equipment as directed to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Verify material quantities and quality in storage bins and hoppers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
  • Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with plant manager and other personnel to resolve issues and improve performance.
