Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze patient respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate respiratory therapies, including ventilation and oxygenation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance
Requirements
  • National Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification or National Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification
  • 5 years of critical care experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
