About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our properties, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience and a proven track record of achieving targeted revenue goals. You will be responsible for overseeing vendor relations, property maintenance, financial, and leasing performance, as well as ensuring all team members adhere to federal fair housing standards and other laws.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and operations.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in financial management, review, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain neat and consistent resident files, both electronically and in hardcopy format.
- Willingness to respond to issues outside of normal working hours when required.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
