Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant II to join our Urology team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a clinic setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and current Medical Assistant Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic physical assessments on patients, collecting data essential for treatment.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians, with 100% accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to standards of care and patient needs.
  • Answer and respond to incoming patient care-related phone calls.
  • Assist in data management processes, including updating patient clinical records and assisting with clinic charges.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinic setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Current Medical Assistant Certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive patient information.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
