Job Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of physical impairments and disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify physical impairments and develop treatment plans to address these impairments.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and strategies to promote independence and mobility.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care setting, preferred.
  • Oregon license.
  • BLS certification.
