Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate School Based Therapist to join our team. As a School Based Therapist, you will provide individual skills development and case management services to students and their families, working from a treatment plan to meet their specific needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual skills development and case management services to students and their families, based on the treatment plan.
  • Provide crisis intervention, assessment, safety planning, and risk management as needed.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner (24 hours).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and own, insured transportation.
  • Dependability, flexibility, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
