Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time capacity, focusing on in-clinic services during daytime hours.

As a vital member of our organization, you will work closely with children facing speech and language challenges, delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Infinity ABA Therapy & Autism Services, LLC is committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental challenges. We prioritize evidence-based methodologies to foster positive changes for families impacted by autism, ADHD, and related behavioral issues.

Our collaborative approach integrates speech therapy to enhance the support we offer, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of the children we serve and facilitate meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Track and document the progress of patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts and technicians.
- Provide direct therapy services in person.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and treatment updates.
- Participate in team meetings to maintain continuity of care.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Expected Hours:
- 10-25 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathology License in Virginia.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience, particularly with children with developmental delays.
- Possess a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Strong critical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate of $50 as W-2 or $60 as a contractor, based on experience.
- Paid time off and flexible scheduling options.
