About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with complex medical conditions, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have:
  • One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
