Receptionist Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Service Professional/Receptionist. In this position, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, matching them with suitable tax professionals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all client needs are met during service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this role.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has previous experience in a customer-facing environment, and is proficient in using Microsoft Office.

• Answering phone calls and greeting clients in a personalized manner
