Loan Processor Specialist

This position involves providing exceptional customer experience while processing loan applications and supporting the lending team. Key responsibilities include preparing loan documentation, coordinating with customers and lenders, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

• Compile and prepare loan file documentation, including appraisal orders and credit reports.
• Serve as a liaison between the loan department, officer, and customer to facilitate successful loan closing.
• Prepare loan tickets and disburse loan proceeds.
• Assist officers in clearing loan collateral or financial documentation exceptions.
• Maintain knowledge of internal controls, operational procedures, and related documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior banking or loan product experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
