Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all department activities pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceutical preparations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as the requirements of the Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in information systems, such as clinical information systems and automated dispensing systems.

Requirements:

• One (1) year working in a hospital as a Pharmacist.
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
• PGY1/PGY2 Oncology residency preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA.
