Pediatric Neurologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neurologist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a Pediatric Neurologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with neurological disorders, including epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuroimmunology. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities, as well as supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients with neurological disorders, including epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuroimmunology.
- Interpret electroencephalograms (EEGs) and document in the electronic medical record.
- Evaluate and manage patients on the general neurology inpatient service and in general neurology outpatient practices.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the neurology service.
- Supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Attend and participate in neurology service faculty meetings.
- Current licensed New York State registration.
- Board certified in pediatric neurology.
- Board certified in epilepsy or clinical neurophysiology.
- Graduate from an approved medical school.
- Completion of an approved fellowship in pediatric neurology and epilepsy or clinical neurophysiology.
