Staff Accountant Role

This key position involves reconciling bank statements, resolving discrepancies, posting General Ledger entries, managing invoices, credits, and debits, reviewing and balancing assigned accounts monthly, handling daily banking transactions, preparing over-on-payoff and rollover transactions weekly, producing and reconciling financial statements for internal real estate companies, and assisting with other accounting functions as needed.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business or 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Great Plains and QuickBooks software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A valid driver's license with minimal moving violations in the past three years.
  • The ability to adapt and prioritize tasks as business needs arise.
