We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics Inc. in a Patient Services Representative role.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have excellent phlebotomy skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

• Draw quality blood samples from patients while ensuring accurate and efficient procedures.
• Develop an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures clearly.
• Maintain required records and documentation accurately.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image within the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification desired.
• Minimum 6 months experience; 1 year preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Competitive estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
