About the Role

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing manager to optimize production workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of $$80,000 - $100,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Physical Demands

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with regular exposure to loud noises, dust, and other hazards. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive wrist movements.
