Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
  • Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
  • Manage IVs, start IV drips, and monitor fluid and food intake and output.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
