This is a general application for travel and contract roles within the Tenet Regional Resource Pool.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of direct clinical care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in direct patient care, leadership, and education. You will assume responsibility for supervising staff and ensuring that appropriate care is delegated to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care. Additionally, you will support the Chief Nursing Officer in promoting a culture of quality, safety, and excellence within our organization.

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based practice guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of educational programs for nurses, students, and other healthcare providers.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet or exceed regulatory standards and professional expectations. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

We estimate that the annual salary for this position will be approximately $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
