Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about crafting and executing innovative human resource strategies within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources and general administrative duties. This role requires the ability to operate independently and effectively manage HR projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Formulating and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
2. Facilitating communication between management and employees to address concerns and resolve issues.
3. Overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
4. Supporting organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
5. Managing a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance.
6. Ensuring compliance with legal standards in human resource management.
7. Conducting audits and generating HRIS and LMS reports.
8. Providing leadership development and conflict resolution support.
9. Administering employee benefits programs.
10. Implementing training and development programs.
11. Collaborating with global leaders to ensure consistent application of company policies.
12. Analyzing data and offering recommendations for enhancing HR strategies.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
1. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
2. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
3. Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Proven experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
5. Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
6. Strategic thinking capabilities coupled with strong leadership skills.
7. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
8. Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships at all organizational levels.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
10. Demonstrated experience managing a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, conflict resolution, benefits administration, and training & development.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
12. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
13. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
