The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist is responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. This critical role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your responsibilities may include serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, using downtime effectively, and maintaining strong working relationships with physicians and leadership.
We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in radiologic technology, preferably with experience working in procedural areas. Relevant certifications, such as ARRT or RCIS, are also highly valued. In addition, we require candidates to hold a current BLS certification and obtain ACLS within six months of hire.
