We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Nurse PRN to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive tertiary diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopic care to patients from age 12 to geriatric.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to perform technical procedures and provide patient education.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed, including staff assignments and patient care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN License, in good standing: either TN RN license or compact licensure.
- High acuity experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
