We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team in a Weekend Package role. As an ED RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Facilitate communication with physicians, families, and other team members
This is a full-time position working 0.9 FTE, with 5 out of 6 weekends working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for premium pay. The night shift is from 7pm to 7am.
Requirements- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN preferred, but not required
- No previous experience required
