About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team at Infobip. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's efforts to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Company's Financial Planning & Analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and operating plan variance analysis.
  • Work on the analysis, preparation, and investigation of monthly and quarterly results.
  • Review, track, and report key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to understand and articulate results.
  • Prepare monthly 'flash' reports, analyze results, and explain variances; revise projections as appropriate.
  • Support management in the preparation of board and investor presentations.
  • Provide ad hoc modeling and analyses as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics required.
  • 1-3 years of Finance experience with at least 1 year in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Financial Modeling and prior budgeting/forecasting experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a passion for details and 'digging in'.
  • Strong degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Enjoys being a team player working on a small, dynamic, agile team that supports and fosters learning & growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and exceptional attention to detail.
