Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time night shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
