We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at USA Properties Fund, a leading provider of multifamily management services. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical integrity of our communities, providing a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the physical integrity of the community, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Community Manager.
- Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, as well as glass and screen replacements, unit turns, and painting.
- Assume all maintenance responsibilities, including responding to maintenance requests and performing routine inspections.
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a multifamily setting.
- Computer skills desired, including proficiency in maintenance management software.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
USA Properties Fund offers a competitive salary of $24 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
