- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
The selected RN will be responsible for delivering direct patient care while adhering to the nursing process and the established standards of practice. The role requires a full-time commitment with night shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive care.
Key Duties- Develops, implements, and assesses patient care plans based on thorough patient evaluations.
- Continuously monitors and documents patient conditions, communicating changes as necessary.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care, including transfers and discharges.
- Identifies educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored instruction based on individual circumstances.
- Delegates tasks effectively to support staff and may mentor new nurses.
- Exhibits critical thinking and sound judgment while working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
