We provide an extensive orientation and frequently conduct in-office training sessions. Follow-ups occur in person after the initial shift and regularly every 30-60 days, along with periodic check-ins via phone or text. Key Responsibilities- Perform household tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, changing linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
- Prepare meals and snacks as per guidelines, with possible grocery shopping.
- Offer companionship to clients, which may involve accompanying them on walks, outings, and assisting with hobbies.
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, shopping, and community events.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Successful completion of a written competency assessment.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English as required for the role.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- A working mobile phone and the ability to communicate with the office.
