Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Coordination team to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial, technology, or biotechnology industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of growing business and leading sales efforts.
- Technology: Proficient in sales portals, ERP systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to multitask with excellent time management skills and decision-making capabilities.
