My Health Onsite specializes in managing employer-sponsored health and wellness facilities. Our dedicated medical team prioritizes building meaningful relationships with patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention. We focus on providing comprehensive medical services, including diagnostic imaging, an onsite pharmacy, wellness initiatives, and care for both acute and chronic health conditions. Our practice model allows for a manageable patient load of 12-15 individuals per day, eliminating concerns related to insurance and billing processes. We emphasize preventive care as a fundamental aspect of our mission.
As a provider at My Health Onsite, you will be tasked with evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients within the health center. You will also prescribe necessary medications, recommend health regimens, and suggest lifestyle modifications aimed at enhancing recovery, preventing future health complications, and fostering overall wellness. Exceptional customer service is paramount, as you will empower patients to take charge of their health.
Work Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM shifts, with availability on weekdays required.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess, and treat various injuries or illnesses, including women's health issues.
- Order and interpret standard diagnostic tests to aid in patient evaluation and treatment.
- Gather, compile, and document patient medical information, including health history and examination results.
- Provide education to patients about their conditions and treatment plans, emphasizing self-care, prevention, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, actions taken, care provided, and patient communications in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support medical staff during procedures and treatments.
- Promote wellness through educational programs.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain trust in the care provided.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Graduation from an accredited APRN program recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an APRN, ideally in a primary or urgent care environment.
- Possession of a current and unrestricted medical license in Florida.
- Dispensing license in Florida or willingness to obtain one.
- DEA license.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Designation as an Autonomous APRN.
