HVAC Lead Installer Job Description

Southern Home Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our residential HVAC team, you will be responsible for installing, adding, and replacing HVAC systems in residential homes. You will also teach and instruct Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas.

Requirements:
  • Great attitude with a dedication to quality work
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job that requires the HVAC Lead Installer to perform work in environments that will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, etc., and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
