Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Equivalent technical disciplines may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience:
Proven experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related fields, with a preference for those who have led technical teams in dynamic manufacturing settings.
Skills:
Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential. A solid understanding of Swagelok product lines and manufacturing technologies is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
Typical office environment with the ability to operate standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be required.
