Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at Shamrock Foods Company. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers across a specific geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading products at various locations within a specific shift
  • Delivering a variety of products, including perishable foods, table top items, special equipment, and frozen foods
  • Informing customers of new products or services and resolving customer complaints
  • Recording information on daily sales/delivery records and obtaining customer signatures upon pickup/delivery
  • Complying with company policies and D.O.T. regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation
  • Must have a good driving record for the past 39 months
  • One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience
Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing and walking, as well as reaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. You will also be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Visual Requirements

You will need close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
