Providence RN is seeking a skilled RN Fellow to join our Emergency Services team. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Services department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
