Bartender Responsibilities:


As a bartender at Tucanos, you will infuse the spirit and excitement of Rio de Janeiro into our guests' experiences, utilizing your friendly demeanor and skill in crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to order.

You will have the chance to assist guests in selecting food and drink options that will elevate their dining experience.

Your role will also involve using advanced point-of-sale systems to accurately input, process, and finalize orders.

In addition to guest interaction, you will collaborate with both front and back-of-house team members to deliver a dining experience that surpasses guest expectations.

You will be accountable for all aspects of the bar area, including preparing and stocking supplies for each shift, maintaining storage spaces, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, utensils, and tools. You will also implement inventory controls and adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations.


Qualifications:
  • Exceptional guest relations skills
  • High school diploma; additional bartending training is preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
