Senior Quantity Surveyor

This Senior Cost Manager position is responsible for overseeing the cost management and financial performance of a large-scale data center campus construction project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost management and quantity surveying, with a strong focus on large-scale data centers or relatable construction projects and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and management of cost plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- Monitor and report on cost performance, identifying areas of risk and providing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project cost database.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in cost management and quantity surveying, with a strong focus on large-scale data centers, or relatable construction projects and cloud services.
- PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor) or MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation is a plus.
- Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and risk management.
