Adventist Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Tillamook, Oregon. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate imaging results.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
- Use PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT))
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT (required in OR and HI, preferred in CA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred in CA and OR)
- Venipuncture certification (preferred in CA and OR)
