We are currently in search of skilled Lead Transportation Engineer(s), PE to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze simulation models.
  • Compile comprehensive technical documentation, including traffic engineering assessments, roadway design plans, and traffic impact evaluations.
  • Execute various engineering tasks to support collaborative projects in traffic engineering, design, and planning.
  • Offer engineering support in the creation of project plans, designs, and other engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6-15+ years of pertinent experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in roadway design methodologies.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant state.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with traffic simulation software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM, HCS 2010).
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Inroads).
  • Knowledge of state transportation policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical writing capabilities.
  • Ability to research and implement development standards.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to pursue professional licensure within the first year of employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
