We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health in Highland, IN. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a K-12 setting to identify and address their unique speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and other areas of need.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Eligible for or holding an Indiana SLP license.
- ASHA certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but a passion for student success is essential.
- Guaranteed hours covering direct therapy and essential indirect work.
