About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Norwalk, CT to White Plains, NY area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining Ultrasound equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations for Ultrasound equipment.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, providing effective communication and involving relevant Service and Sales Personnel.
  • Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to define problems.
  • Apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including reading and interpreting schematics and site drawings.
Requirements
  • BSEE/BSEET preferred, or two-year formal education combined with relevant high-tech experience.
  • At least three years of experience demonstrating repair and troubleshooting skills with Ultrasound Equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment, and company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to the Norwalk, CT to White Plains, NY area.
