We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our distribution network, this role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently pick orders, process, package, and ship orders to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Organize stocks, maintain inventory levels, and inspect products for defects and damages.
- Material Handling: Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items, and operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations.
- Quality Control: Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility, with a focus on material handling and inventory management.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Mobile Power Equipment: At least one year of experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors, or pallet handling equipment.
- Experience with Stationary Power Equipment: At least one year of experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists, and stackers.
