We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team at Grand Pacific Resorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our resort properties, ensuring that they are always clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of resort properties, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, ensuring that all necessary work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of resort properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and guest services, to ensure that all aspects of resort operations are running smoothly.

Requirements
