Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high level of sales performance and contributing to the success of the store.
- Perform cashiering, stockroom upkeep, and store upkeep as needed, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Maintain company standards regarding personal sales metrics, staying up-to-date on sales promotions and product knowledge.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week. During peak sales periods, you may be required to work for long periods throughout the day. You will also be required to stoop, kneel, and reach to place merchandise on customers' feet, as well as lift items weighing up to lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
Benefits:
