RN Weekend-Baylor

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend RN in Baylor. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• One (1) year experience as a RN
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
