Job Description

Pizza Cornicione is a restaurant dedicated to serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas in a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

We are seeking an experienced Woodfired Oven Pizza Maker, or Pizzaiolo to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas that meet our culinary standards.

  • Stretch and shape dough to create the perfect pizza crust
  • Cook pizzas to perfection in our wood-fired oven
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service

We require 1+ year of experience making pizza, preferably in a wood-fired oven environment. Certification in a hospitality-related field is also highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

English fluency is required, with some Spanish language skills an asset but not essential.
