Join Our Team at Physician Empire

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Leader to join our team as a Program Director/Associate Program Director/Academic Physician or Core Faculty for our General Surgery Residency program.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead a new General Surgery Residency program, approved for 20 residents, which started in July 2017. The program is affiliated with a university and offers a chance to provide professional expertise and leadership to a team of residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the General Surgery Residency program
  • Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs
  • Recruit and mentor residents
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve program goals
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with experience teaching in an approved AOA or ACGME General Surgery Residency program, as well as experience with publications and grant writing skills. If you are a motivated and experienced physician leader, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
